The Yellows have been biting very good and its going to make for a great ice season. We have lots of panfish spotted for this winter and I’m also excited to get back on Spirit and Catch those big slot Walleyes. We will also be doing some Pike fishing this winter along with some Perch on West O. This ICE season is going to be bigger than ever.

I’ve been booking many trips already and some selected dates are already full. If you are thinking about booking a ice fishing trip you might want to give me a call sooner than later.

I also want to thank everyone for there support over the 2013 Open Water season. I’m very grateful that I get to do what I love and that’s helping you guys catch more fish!!  .  SO THANK YOU!!!

Good Luck and be safe!

Walleye’s warming up and Muskie still hungry!

Walleye Clear Lake 10-17The water is in the low 50’s and the Walleyes are starting to pick up.  We fished yesterday for a while and boated two good eaters along with a pile of Yellows. I think if we strictly fish for Walleyes we could boat a couple limits.  These fish came on a jig and minnow.  We will be out this weekend looking for more eyes and Yellows and I’ll try to post a report Sunday!  The Muskie fishing is still good. We are boating one fish per trip on average. Muskie fishing is hard work but man it is totally worth it!

Early October Fishing!

The fishing has been pretty good over the last couple of weeks.  The Walleye fishing is still slow but we have been catching some nice large mouth bass along with some great looking Clear Lake Musky.  The Yellow Bass are also on the chew.

We are looking forward to this winter.  This ice fishing season is going to be one to remember.

We have been booking many winter trips already and some weekends are going to fill very fast so if you have plans to visit KPGS this winter contact us soon. 20131008_105530IMG950448musky 42 10-6-13

The last couple weeks.

The fishing over the last couple of weeks has been great.  Lots of Yellow Bass are being caught and also the Muskie are still going good.  Most of the Yellows have gone shallow and the Muskie are not far behind.  The Walleye bite has remained slow. We have been getting a few pulling live bait and cranks.
